Wood & Hughes 'Murillo' Pattern Antique Sterling Silver Pie Server, NYC, NY, c. 1875

This unusual pattern features foliage around a heart-shaped cartouche with some of the design also repeated on the reverse. The front cartouche is engraved 'ALF.' The shaped blade is hand-engraved with a couple beautiful flowers on a branch.

This wonderful server is marked 'W&H/ STERLING.' It measures just over 10 inches long, weighs 3.15 troy ounces and is in very good antique condition.
