Tiffany & Co 'Holly & Mistletoe' Pattern Antique Sterling Silver Sugar Tongs, c. 1900

The 'Holly and Mistletoe' pattern was not developed as a complete line. It is very uncommon and one of the most beautiful of the floral patterns developed.

Depicted on the handles are lovely, detailed holly leaves and and a branch of mistletoe.

The grips are in the shape of bird talons.

These rare sterling silver tongs are stamped 'TIFFANY & CO/ STERLING/ T'. They measure just over 4 inches long, weigh 0.85 troy ounces, have never been engraved and are in excellent antique condition.
