Hart Brothers Antique Coin Silver Pie Forks - 8, Brooklyn, NY, c. 1860s

These beautiful and rare dessert forks have a lovely shape and wonderful, classical engraving. The three tines, with one being knife-edged and pointed, have a light matte finish. They are monogrammed with an Old English style ‘B.’

The backs of the forks are stamped ‘HART BROS.’ Hart Bros were retailers from Brooklyn, New York, during the mid to late 19th century. They measure 6 inches long, weigh a combined 6.35 troy ounces, and are in excellent antique condition.
