Dominick & Haff Antique Sterling Silver Covered Mustard Pot, NYC, 1883

This small mustard pot is beautifully shaped with its bulbous round lower body and square-shaped upper area. The hinged cover has an applied finial and a cutout for a spoon. The plain 'c'-scroll handle contrasts nicely with the beautiful honeycomb hammered surface of the pot and cover.

This lovely pot is marked underneath with Dominick & Haff's trademark and 'STERLING/310'. Engraved with a 'B' initial and the date '1885,' it measures 3.25 inches across the handle and body by 2.25 inches high, weighs 2.95 troy ounces and is in excellent antique condition with light wear to the original gilt interior.
