American Antique Sterling Egyptian Revival Child's Cup, c. 1870's

This unusual cup is attached to a pedestal base and has a cast and applied c-scroll handle. The body is gracefully tapered and has applied rings around the rim. Beautifully cast and applied 3-dimensional pharaoh heads adorn both sides. This lovely cup is only marked 'STERLING' underneath. It measures 4 inches wide across the handle by 4.25 inches high, weighs 5.25 troy ounces and is in very good antique condition. There has been a monogram removed from the front.
