Alvin Antique Sterling Silver 'Bridal Rose' Pattern Salad Servers, Providence, RI, c. 1905

This is a wonderful serving set which can be used for a myriad of foods. The pattern is a robust Art Nouveau display of dense foliage and flowers which cover both the front and backs of the handles and flow into the bowls.

The shield on the front is engraved with a 'D' initial. Both sides of the bowls have a soft, matte finish covered in a lovely gold wash.

This wonderful set is marked on the back with Alvin's trademark along with 'PATENT/ STERLING'. The measure 7.5 inches long, weigh a combined 4.80 troy ounces and are in excellent antique condition.
