Gorham Nautical Antique Sterling Silver Gilt Number '8' 5-O'clock Tea Spoon, Providence, RI, c. 1888

This is Gorham's 5-O'clock teaspoon #8. The twig stem is wrapped with silver wire and has a looped top with an applied shell. The shell bowl has lovely details to the front and back including sand in the bowl.

This lovely spoon is marked with Gorham's trademark and 'STERLING/ 8.' It measures just shy of 4.75 inches long, weighs .45 troy ounces and is in excellent antique condition.
