This wonderful ladle is a beautiful aesthetic design. The size can be used for dessert sauces or for adding cream to your coffee the old-fashioned way. The bowl is beautifully shaped and has a lovely gilt interior. The handle is made up of three wires bound together with a small coil. Attached at the top are naturalistic leaves.

This rare ladle is marked on the bowl with Gorham's trademark and 'STERLING' along with the New York City retailer 'STARR & MARCUS.' It measures just shy of 7 inches long, weighs 0.90 troy ounces and is in excellent antique condition.
