Shiebler's best designs are usually very unique and creative as is this small dish. The medieval inspiration creates this intriguing object. The bowl is designed as a knight's chainmail with sleeves on the sides with an attached battle ax across the midsection.

Attached at one end is a wonderful medieval helmet with chased details. A winged dragon is perched atop the helmet.

This fascinating little dish is stamped with Shiebler's trademark along with 'STERLING'. It measures 5.5 inches long, weighs 6.5 troy ounces and is in good antique condition with light wear to the highlights.
