These stunning candelabra are decorated with beautiful foliate and classical repousse decoration finished with chased detailing. Cast winged paws make up the feet of the canted corner bases. The scrolling arms of the candelabra are reinforced with an applied leaf decoration and terminate with unusual swans heads under the repoussed socles.

These rare sterling silver candelabra are marked underneath 'TIFFANY & Co/ MAKERS/ STERLING SILVER/ 925/1000/ M/ 5906 5815'. According to Tiffany Silver by Charles Carpenter, the 5906 pattern number dates these candelabra to 1879 and the 'M' mark was used from 1873-1891.

The candelabra measure 15 inches high. The bases, which can be used as individual candlesticks, measure 7.25 inches high. These elegant candelabra weigh a combined 114.35 troy ounces and are in excellent antique condition. (One bobeche has had minor and unnoticeable restoration.)
