1 item left

This rare serving spoon or scoop is a large and dramatic example of aesthetic flatware. The handle is in the form of twisted vines which terminate at the top with a couple of (grape?) leaves. The beautiful bowl is gilt on both sides, with the front having a lovely, matte finish which, makes the bowl glisten.

This wonderful server is marked 'W&H/ STERLING.' It measures 11.25 inches long, weighs 3.25 troy ounces, and is in excellent antique condition with light wear to the back of the bowl where it rests when lying flat.
