Tiffany & Co Antique Sterling Silver Little Bo Peep Youth Fork, New York City, c. 1900

It is easy to understand why Tiffany & Co. was so great when you come across flatware as amazing as this youth fork.

The interpretation of the popular nursery rhyme depicted on this fork is stunning, not to mention great marketing.

The level of detail to both the front and back of the handle is remarkable. The area above the tines on the underside is engraved 'EBO'.

The handle shows Little Bo Peep holding a herding staff with one arm while the other arm is perched above her eyes as she looks for her lost sheep.

A fork, knife and spoon set is in the collection of The New York Historical Society and pictured in Tiffany Silver by Carpenter (p.107).

This rare fork is marked 'TIFFANY & CO STERLING'. It measures 6.75 long weighs 1.75 troy ounces and is in excellent antique condition.
