Alvin 'Orange Blossom' Pattern Sterling Olive Fork, Sag Harbor, NY, c. 1905

One of the great art nouveau patterns is 'Orange Blossom' by Alvin from Sag Harbor, Long Island. Featured on the front and back of the handle are flowers in bloom at the top, midpoint and base.  

This wonderful serving fork for is marked on the back with Alvin's trademark, 'STERLING/ PATENT' and by the retailer 'IR PRINDLE.' It measures 8.25 inches long, weighs 1.15 troy ounces and is in good antique condition although it has had an old monogram removed.
