This rare and useful server, which could be used for just about any pastry, features a tapering rectangular blade and a "Repoussé" pattern handle of floral and scrolling decoration. It is monogrammed "SMC" in a foliate cursive style on the blade. Jacobi and Jenkins, and later Jenkins and Jenkins, made some of the finest Baltimore silver at the turn of the century.

This server 7.625 inches long and is marked with Jacobi & Jenkins's tower trademark along with "STERLING" and "JACOBI & JENKINS." It weighs a reasonably heavy 2.65 troy ounces and is in very good antique condition with minor scratching to the blade from use.
