Tiffany & Co Sterling and Enamel Art Deco Vase, New York, c. 1920s

This stunning vase features incredible enamel work. Finely engraved vertical lines emanating from the base create the four panels of the trumpet-shaped body.

Wonderful inlaid enameling of stylized art deco flowers and foliage decorates the top of the vase in four sections. The base of the body, along with the circular join and the spreading dome foot are also beautifully ornamented. Soft pastel hues of green, blue, and yellow were used to create this wonderful palette.

This lovely vase is marked underneath 'TIFFANY & Co/ MAKERS/ STERLING SILVER/ 925-100/ 20005N/ 8599/ m' (1921 design date). It measures 12 inches high and is in very good/ excellent antique condition.
