According to the Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers, Graff, Washbourne & Dunn incorporated their business in 1899 when they purchased the business of Wood and Hughes. The firm was located in New York and purchased by Gorham in 1961. This lovely sauce or gravy ladle is designed in a wonderful art deco design with a stylized tulip-shaped handle.  

This cute ladle is marked with Graff, Washbourne & Dunn's trademark and 'STERLING/ 136'.  It measures 5.25 inches long, weighs 1.10 troy ounces, has never been monogrammed and is in very good antique condition.
