William Gale & Son Sterling Punch Ladle, c. 1860's

We have a hard time finding good punch ladles, but this one is great.  The William Gale & Sons shop produced some great silver. This ladle has a lovely handle with a bright-cut design and engraved 'CK' monogram.  The length of the handle is a lovely twist design attached to a fluted, gilded bowl.  It is signed on the back 'W. GALE & SON,  925 STERLING', measures 14.5 inches long and is in great condition.
