Georg Jensen ‘#38’ Sterling Large Salad Set

A very rare pattern, ‘#58’ features a bold cast blossoming flower terminal at the top of the handle attached with six ball elements and stem-like devices. The midsection is bordered by rows of beading. The beauty of these servers is further enhanced with wonderful hammering.

This rare serving set is marked with the Jensen mark used from 1930-45. They are also marked ‘STERLING/ DENMARK/ 38’.  They measure 9.5 inches long, weigh a combined 7.5 troy ounces and are in very good condition.
